Mobile Vehicle Activated Sign (MVAS)

Hambleden Parish Council have invested in a new Mobile Vehicle Activated Sign (MVAS) to assist with road safety efforts.
You may have seen it already in Frieth but it will move periodically between Hambleden, Skirmett, Fingest and Frieth.
It is hoped to get a group of volunteers to help with changing its batteries and/or moving location approx every 2 weeks. Working in pairs on a rota basis, it's likely to take no more than 1 hour and for each pair to help perhaps 2 or 3 times a year. If you’d be willing to help please email your contact details to
