6. Planning report; decisions, appeals and applications:
06/07129/FUL – 5 Varnells Terrace, Hambleden – erection of 2 storey side/rear extension and new front porch and conservatory to rear.
06/07142/FUL – The Gables, Frieth Hill – construction of 2 storey rear gable end extension.
06/07136/FUL – The Yew Tree, Frieth – change of use to allow parking of a caravan.
06/07215/FUL & 07215/LBC – Flat 4 Hambleden Mill – insertion of new double doors in existing window opening. Insertion of window in existing door opening and external landscaping works.
06/07262/CTREE – Church View, Frieth – completely remove leylandii hedge

7. To discuss requests for Ellery Rise, Frieth – white lining as a football pitch on the play area and installing a dog waste bin

8. To discuss future works on the Hambleden War Memorial

9. To consider donations from the Hambleden Film Fund

10. To receive reports on the BCC Accessibility meeting and the Thames Valley Police meeting

11. To consider adding a clause to our Standing Orders to clarify the position of Councillors making personal responses to planning applications

12. To consider quotes for tree works in Hambleden Church Yard

13. To consider further sites for kissing gates as BCC have had several donated to be placed in the Hambleden Valley

14. To approve the accounts and sign the October cheques; to pay the agreed annual amount to Frieth Church to contribute towards the extended use of the light; to ask Councillors to start considering the Precept – appendix 2
