6. Planning report; decisions, appeals and applications:
PECS/06/07926/TPO – Pheasants, Ferry Lane – pollard 4 willow trees
KAR/06/07966/FUL – Little Yewden – const of two conservatories to south elevation with erection of orangery within the courtyard and formation of lantern roof to existing flat roof.
KAR/06/07988/FUL – Fingest Manor – erection of detached single storey pool building

7. To discuss the possible need for oak posts along the edge of the Common Land in
Frieth.

8. To receive information relating to the Ellery Rise lease with Wycombe District Council

9. To agree on a process for dealing with the high volume of correspondence received

10. To consider projects and a request for help with the purchase of a lawn mower for
Frieth Village Society and selecting the Grass Cutting Contractors for the period 2007 – 2010 prior to setting the Precept for 2007/2008

11. To resolve to approve the accounts for January 2007; signing of cheques – Appendix 2.
