6. Planning report; decisions, appeals and applications:
PECS/07/05597/TPO Fingest House – fell 2 yew trees;
RH/07/05590/FUL – Badgers, Skirmett – erection of 2 storey rear extension and single storey side extension;
EL/07/05645/FUL – Red Kites – erection of chimney (amendment to pp 06/05935/FUL) cladding installation
and relocation of vehicular access (part retrospective)

7. To approve the final accounts for the year ending March 2007

8. To discuss any amendments to the insurance policy and to consider the risk assessment document.

9. To discuss the Parish Council website and any updates required
