7. Planning report; decisions, appeals and applications
DVO/07/06392/FUL – 1 West Cottage, Perrin Springs,Frieth – to erect an outhouse to the rear.
DVO/07/06615/FUL & 626/LBC – Bagmoor, Hambleden – const of 2 storey side extension to main barn conversion, insertion of new dormer window & roof light in existing roof.
AHC/07/06559/TPO – Garden House, Ferry Lane – crown reduce by max of 2metres to two cedar trees

8. To resolve that the Council adopt the revised Code of Conduct for members entitled ‘The Model Code of Conduct for Parish and Town Councils’ as previously issued to Councillors

9. To discuss and consider recycling facilities in our Parish

10. To discuss any issues to be raised at the forthcoming JCC meeting

11. To consider the purchase and method of distribution of footpath waymark discs

12. To approve the accounts and sign the July cheques – appendix 2; to consider the allocation of the Film Fund; to receive a report on expenditure to date – appendix 3
